Deployment Toolkit installLatestJRE() not picking the latest JRE in the xml file.

I am using http://web-east.east.sun.com/www/tests/getjava/dtoolkit.xml.test were 1.6.0_04 is the latest where it is installing 1.6.0 ( and even skips 1.6u1 and 1.6u2

How to reproduce:
The windows reg key is :
"HKLM/Software/JavaSoft/Java Deployment Toolkit/URLOverride",
value="http://web-east.east.sun.com/www/tests/getjava/dtoolkit.xml.test"

Lauch http://sqindia.india.sun.com/disk17/deployment/raghu/kernel/KJRE001/installLatestJRE.html

Expected Behvior :
It should install 1.6.0_04

Current Behaviour :
DT installing 1.6.0
