Nimbus LAF :Resizing the container which has the scrollbar results in java.lang.IllegalArgumentExcep

      Resizing any container which contains scrollbar thows java.lang.IllegalArgumentException. I have attached the exception dump.

      Step to reproduce:
      -------------------
      1) Run swingset2.
      2) Select JScrollPane demo. Click on arrow button of the scrollpane so that tump can move up & down.
      3) Resize the frame , If you see the exception on the console then the bug is reproduced.
      This is reproduable on all OS in Nimbus LAF. Its easy reproducable on vista.
