I cannot accept the licence agreement because the agree button is off screen.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Set the display resolution to 1280×720
Lauch the file jdk-7-ea-bin-b17-windows-i586-debug-02_aug_2007.jar

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
The window should fit on screen and the buttons should be visible and accessible.
ACTUAL -
The window is so big that only the licence text is shown, the buttons are hidden under the task bar (or entirely below the bottom, I cannot tell).

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
Press the keyboard shortcut to access the window menu.
Execute command "Resize".
