The Deployment Toolkit when itemizing the list of JREs available, sanity checks the registered jres by seeing if either jre/bin/client/jvm.dll or jre/bin/server/jvm.dll exists. It needs to aso recognize when just jre/bin/kernel/jvm.dll exists.
