Nimbus L&F:Vertical ProgressBar's string appears out side the visible border of the progress bar.
Steps to reproduce:
Run the attached test with the L&F set to Nimbus L&F.
Observe that the string "0%" is spilliing outside the rectangular bounds of the progress bar.
Click on the start buitton to start the progress bar anuimar. Observe that it becomes worse as the % age completed value increases.
