Incorrect message is shown in the "Java Plug-in Warning" message dialog if user is using an IE browser. The correct message should be:
"Close all of the IE browser sessions and start a new browser session to run the HTML page".
Steps to reproduce:
1) Windows XP English SP2 with IE6
2) Install JRE 6u1 from Onestop
3) With IE6, run an applet so that java is loaded in memory: http://java.sun.com/applets/jdk/1.4/demo/applets/Clock/example1.html
4) Do not close IE. Go to java.com and install 6u2
5) After installation, uncheck the "restart browser" checkbox at the last installation dialog.
6) Go back to the applet page and run the applet http://java.sun.com/applets/jdk/1.4/demo/applets/Clock/example1.html
7) You will see a "Java Plug-in Warning" message dialog. The message in the dialog talks about restarting netscape browser sessions. This is incorrect because I'm using IE6.
See attached screenshot.
