Error during installation and uninstalltion of JRE

Tested OS : Windows XP and Vista
Tested bundle : http://j2se.east/plugin/1.6.0_05-nightly/2007-08-30.23_28

Steps to reproduce :
1. Install kernel jre bundle
2. Wait for the installation to be finished
Once the installation is finished, there is an error dialog pops up

On Vista, the same error dialog is displayed every time when we try to invoke any of the java process. It is an automation blocker on Vista.
Even after changing the proxy to webcache.east.sun.com, the same error dialog is displayed.
