clear extra l10n resource files in demo

In several java sdk jfc demos, programs are localized into languages other than zh_CN and ja, like sv. SDK is only localized into ja and zh_CN, and other locales are not officially supported. If there is any change, other locales can not synch in the same time. I'll remove those resource files.
