For several reasons, the 6-open default jdk5 used as the bootdir needs to be at least 5 update 4.

1. The javazic needs it.

2. The use of jar -C option seems to require it.
For other reasons, I had to bump up to update 12 to get the built to succeed, and may even need to use jdk6. Building full control builds and partisl builds are different... This is still being investigated.
