Clicking on the 'Create New Folder' in JFileChooser is creating the new folder, but it is not seen immediately. We have to close the filechooser & open it again to see the newly created folder. Here the user gets confused & he/she clicks the 'Create New Folder' button repeatedly. This is reproduced only in the 'Nimbus LookAndFeel'

Step to reproduce
------------------
1) Run SwingSet2.
2) click on the 'Show Plain JFileChooser'.
3) Click on the 'Create New Folder' button in any mode i,e list / detail mode.
If you n't see the newly create folder, then the is reproduced. The bug is seen even after refreshing the file list using popup menu.

I tested this on 6u5_b03 promoted build. as well previous pit builds.
