There are 2 Java cup auto update icons in the system tray when upgrading from 6u2-b06 to 6u3-b05. To reproduce this, here are the steps that I've taken:
1) Installed 6u2-b06
2) Set registry key UpdateServletURL to point to the XML files where you have your mappings
3) In the Java control panel, set the time to check for updates.
4) Log out of Windows and log back in
5) When the auto update starts the Java cup icon appears in the system tray however, there are 2 icons instead of 1. One has the default message and the other has my custom message. When you click on the icon with the default message, the icon then disappears.
Attached to this CR are my xml files and a image of the 2 icons in the system tray.
