Not able to select Java Quick Start on Vista m/c on a Completed Kernel JRE.
Even though we are able to click on JCP->Advanced->Misc->JQS after clicking ok on java Control Panel JQS is not getting started. After re-launching the JCP , JQS is still in un-selected mode.

This is observed only on Vista where as in XP JQS selection working fine.

Expected Behaviour:
a) After Kernel JRE Completion -> JQS should be selected by default and JQS should start ( this is covered in CR 6605018 which is Fix Failed mode )
b) User should be able to Select/Deselect JQS feature through JCP.
