java -version shows the information about JQS installation

Tested OS : windows
Tested Bundle : http://j2se.east/plugin/1.6.0_05-pit/2007-09-26.16_35

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install kernel jre bundle
2. Wait till background downloader downloads all the bundles ("ps -ef | grep java" should not return any value)
3. Now immediately run java -version without running any other java process.
It shows the following output (info about JQS):

C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin>java -version
JQS service successfully installed.
java version "1.6.0_05"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_05-b305)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.6.0_03-b05, mixed mode)

4. From next time onwards, getting the following output :
C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin>java -version
java version "1.6.0_05"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_05-b305)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.6.0_03-b05, mixed mode, sharing)

Expected behavior : Info related to JQS may not be required for the user. java -version should show only the version.
