[ja, zh_CN] sychronize README.html in jdk

      README.html in j2se/src/share/doc/jdk has been updated from 151 to 155, but README_ja.html and README_zh_CN.html are still based on 151 which is in 6u1. README_ja.html and README_zh_CN.html should be udpated to be consistent with the latest README.html
