It's been reported by a Japanese government organization that http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.3/ja/download.html lists Windows and Linux for download. But any downloads for those platforms are not available, which is confusing. http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.3/download.html does list only Solaris platforms.
