6u5/6u6/6u7 PIP builds take 12 hours to generate, and that really slows down development. We should provide a FASTJRE Makefile argument that'll skip things like building the binaries target and the sdk installer. It might also be a good idea to use regular compression with this arg, rather than lzx (which is slow).
