Re-installation of Kernel JRE installs Normal JRE.

How to reproduce -
a) Install Latest Kernel /normal JRE PIT Bundle -
http://sqindia.india/disk13/jcg/builds/1.6.0_05/pit/2007-10-30/bundles/windows-i586/iftw/jre-6u5-windows-i586-p-iftw-k.exe or Normal Bundle
b) Install Kernel JRE again from the same bundle.
( No need of waiting for the Kernel JRE to be complete) This could be some registry key problem ? If kernel jre is installed looks like iftw-k bundles downloading normal jre's msi rather than kernel jre msi



Expected behavior:
Kernel JRE should be installed.

Current behavior :
Normal JRE is installed.
