Currently it is not possible to specify both an AND and an XOR Mask
in order to define a custom cursor. Windows applications using
CreateCursor http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms648385.aspx
cannot be ported easily. Until 1.3.1 this was possible with the custom composite
interface which is now "not yet implemented". See also CR#6525932.
