Tested OS : Windows xp
Tested Bundle : 1.6.0_10 b07 promoted build
Steps to reproduce :
1. Install 1.6.0_10 b7 bundle
2. remove deployment.properties file from user profile
3. launch java control panel -> About Java
It shows the version as "Version 6 Update 0" instead of "Version 6 Update 10"
