When an update notificaton from an older version of Java Update process is ignored and a new version of 6U3 is installed, the first 2 lines of text is garbled. For eg:
1. Install 6u1
2. Ignore when notified about 6U3 update(don't click on system tray icon)
3. Install 6U3 using online or offline installer Or by visiting java.com
4. logout & login/ Or reboot
5. The 6U3 update process notifies of the pending update(related CR# 6631834)
6. Click on the system tray icon.
7. The first 2 lines of the dialog are garbled.
