When a Java app requests additional components to be downloaded, "Additional Components" dialog appears. Because we don't know which components the app will request, we download components separately one after another. Because of that the progress bar should be changed from definite to indefinite which is more appropriate indication.
When changing the definite progress bar to indefinite, please remove the "estimated time remaining" message.
