      Description

        Java Kernel automatically creates bundles for packages which are not otherwise assigned. Some packages are very small (less than 1KB) and the overhead of making an additional download request outweighs the benefit of finer granularity. We need to consolidate some of these bundles together and reduce the overall bundle count.
