GTB is not offered on Vista and Longhorn for 5.0u14

I downloaded online JRE bundle from the below url:
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index_jdk5.jsp
GTB(Google Toolbar) was not offered with this bundle on Vista.

The same online <JRE> bundle offers GTB on Windows 2000, Windows XP.

The supported configurations for 5.0 are listed in the URL:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/system-configurations.html
