Tested OS: XP-pro(sp2)
       Browser: IE 6, FF 2.0.0.11
       build: jre 6u10-b08

(reproducible on 32-bit Vista/ IE 7)

* Problem: Applet resource fails to load completely if using Internet explorer. There is no problem if using Firefox to load the same applet on the same machine.

* Steps to reproduce:
- Browse http://www.iwon.com/home/home.jhtml
- Click "Soccer" under Sports & Action Games

-->IE 6:There's java.io.IOException: open HTTP connection failed on the java console (this problem didn't occur with 6u4-b09)
-->FF2.0.0.11: There isn't as such exception
