Addiional Bundle Download Dialog on and off shows Vista look and Feel on Vista.

On a same m/c I got two diffrent results. Once the Addiional Download Dialog shows Vista look and feel. Second time when I installed on the same m/c shows win2k look and feel. Look and feel should be consistent.
