The application selenium-server.jar doesnot start.

Steps to reproduce
------------------

1. Get the selenium-server.jar attached in this bug.
2. Unstall jre(if it is installed).
3. Download and install the kernal jre using the link provided.
4. Start the application as java -jar selenium-server.jar

Bug:
1. The missing components download popup comes when the application is started and after that it goes off as if the required components are downloaded.
2. When the applicaion starts it does not print any log messages which it should.
3. As per thread dump(attached) it looks as if it's a case of deadlock.
