on above 90% CPU usage got a error thown from windows on Java on opening Control Panel

      i was using jmeter application when my CPU utilization went high above 90%.
      tried to open the control panel, but it did not open. so i had kill my jmeter using the task manager.
      Later I got a error thrown by windows on jAVA & the CPU usage came down .
