System tray icon shows both open and hide console

Tested bundle : 6U10 b9 PIT (http://j2se.east/plugin/1.6.0_10-nightly/2007-12-09.11_21)
Tested OS : windows xp / vista

Steps to reproduce :
1. Install jre bundle
2. Launch java control panel-> advanced. check the check box java plug-in -> enable the next generation java plugin
3. Open IE
4. launch any of the applet
5. Right click the java cup icon
It shows the menu items like the following : "Open 1.6.0_10 Console" and "Hide 1.6.0_10 Console"
Open / Hide console should act like a toggle button. When the console is open, hide console menu item should be enabled. When the console is closed, open console menu item should be enabled
