TEST BUG: sun/tools/jps/jps_m2.sh fails on windows intermittently.

      Following test fails intermittently on windows.

      sun/tools/jps/jps-m_2.sh

            This test failed with exit code 1 on Win32 Server VM (machine
            vm-v20z-19). It is not clear from log what failed.
