In 1.5.0, javaws ignored the extension list passed in, then a fix to bug #5025269 was put in in April of 2006 to address this in jdk6,
That fix calls addChoosableFileFilter(), w/o also calling setFileFilter().
I think we can easily fix to call both so extension list will show.
