Problem observed with NS4.78 on Solaris 9 Sparc

Browser is adding extra info to the filename in the save dialog:

Download of bundle:
tzupdater-1_3_2-2007j.zip
is offered as:
tzupdater-1_3_2-2007j.zip_File=tzupdater-1_3_2-2007j.zip
This is a known issue with Netscape 4.x. It comes up every few months
in testing. Since NS 4.x is a very very small percentage of downloads,
typically the bug is waived.
