Steps to reproduce:
- install 32-bit JDK via self-extracting binary
- At the end of installation "Sun Product Registration" message appearance with the link to the html registration form
- After pressing any key to continue, Online registration page opens in default system browser.

- Continue and install 64-bit JDK via self-extracting binary in the same directory that 32-bit jdk was installed.
- At the end of installtion, after pressing any key to continue, Online registration page
  is NOT opened in the default system browser. Although the service tag entries and registration.xml are created with both 32-bit and 64-bit entries.
