need argument to turn off OpenOffice installer progress ad

        We now *always* show an ad for OpenOffice during the progress of the JRE installer. StarOffice bundles the JRE installer, so showing an advertisment for OO is redundant. We should provide an argument to turn off the OO ad, or just turn it off when SP3OFF=1 is passed to the installer.
