Tested using promoted b11 jre-6u10-ea-windows-i586-p-iftw-k.exe.
After installation is complete and tried to run some java application, the additional components needed dialog and it's related error dialog are shown in English even the platform locale is set to Japanese. Please refer to the screenshot attached [add_components_needed_dialog.png].
