JNLP-OOPP: Browser hangs while loading/reloading the applets under some scenarios

      Browser hangs while loading/reloading the applets under some scenarios.
      Try loading the applets below:
      http://nicole1.sfbay.sun.com:8080/plugin_tests/JNLPSupport/Liveconnect/html/MultipleAppTest.html
      Most of the times it hangs when page is tried to be loaded for the first time.
      If applets get loaded successfully, try to refresh/reload this time it will surely hang.
