How to reproduce:
1. Get a hard drive that is low in disk space.
2. For simplicity, copy the jdk-6u10....exe file on the machine.
3. Double the .exe file to install jdk.
4. A dialog will ask the user whether he wants to cancel the installation.
5. Upon clicking "Yes" to cancel the installation another dialog with an "Error 1711" message will appear ...
5. When the user clicks "retry" or "cancel" bottom, the dialog will still be there, and the user cannot get out of the installation process.
