A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      # An unexpected error has been detected by Java Runtime Environment:

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
The main site that causes the crash is the management application for our Cisco VOIP phone system. It occurs during the logon process.

The second site is the management console for our Cybernetics hardware disk-to-disk-to-tape backup system.

In both cases, if the browser has just started, and this is the first task, the logons work OK. If the browser has been open and used for a period of time, then it will likely crash when going to the above apps' logon screens.

I do not recall this happening on regular public web sites.

      ACTUAL -
      Browser crashes and closes
