The CR is to track the issue of different jre version is installed via Firefox's PFS
Vista users will get 6u5 and non-Vista users will get 6u3 which is incorrect.

* Tested OS:
- 32-bit Vista
- XP-pro(sp2)/ XP-home(sp2)/ Win 2003 SE

* Tested browser: FF 2.0.0.12

Steps to reproduce:

1) Deleting all the available jre on the system.
2) Using FF 2.0.0.12 to load any applet.
(ex: http://java.com/en/games/desktop/tropicalswaps.jsp)
3) Follow the instruction from Firefox's PFS to proceed with the jre installation

On Vista, you will get the confirmation to save xpiinstall.exe file and after executing it, you get 6u5 installed. However, on non-Vista (ex: XP, win 2003 SE,...) you won't see the xpiinstall.exe saving dialog and the installation will happen automatically & you get 6u3
