DownloadManager log is being virtualized under Windows Vista

The recently added downloadmanager log is being written to a path which, under Windows Vista, ends up being virtualized. By itself this wouldn't be dangerous, but the creation of a virtual lib/bundles directory is causing problems elsewhere. We need to write the log to a directory which will not be virtualized.
