Running build 13a install got the following error:
" C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\Desktop\jdk-6u10-beta-bin-b13a-windows-i586-p-14_mar_2008.exe
 This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

Same with bundle from /net/mizu.sfbay/usr/re/jdk6_10/bundles/windows-i586/b13a-2008-03-14

We need to check build number passed in, not just document it.
