Security pop-up coming from the signed applets most of the times blocks all the other applets (unsigned) on the same page or under different frames and prevents them from running. It has been noticed that if deployment.trace=true is set inside the deployment.properties file then issue is little bit less reporducible. Behavior is seen only with new PLug-in.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Load following page (with 2 frames) inside the browser
http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/jitu/plug-bug/security/file/exec/TestPage.html

2) If you can notice that security pop-up coming from the signed applet is blocking the applet in the other Frame then bug is reproduced

With old Plug-in one can notice that the second applet will never get blocked by the pop-up coming from the signed applet
