...is now available; this reflects the changes circulated last week on
the time zone mailing list (including renaming Asia/Calcutta to
Asia/Kolkata, with a backward link provided).
It's the season for changes, and I'm still hoping to get good
documentation on what happened in Venezuela earlier this year, so expect
a tzdata2008c.tar.gz fairly soon.
