In SwingSet 2 demo, ColorChooser tab, select Gradient.
There are two problems:
Mnemonic for Red (Rojo) and Reset (Restablecer) is Alt+R, and it actually works only for Reset.
Mnemonic for Value (Valor) and Blue (Azul) is Alt+A but it doesn't work at all.
The procedure forgot to mention, you need to select "GTK look and feel"
