sunLogo.gif was removed from jreinstaller and jrenstaller.gmk still have gif reference.

      Customer points that <install_dir>\sample\jnlp\jreinstaller\build\share\jreinstallers\installer.gmk. Line 43 of that file specifies what to do with .gif files, but not .png files. make doesn't know what to do with it.
