A customer has reported this problem, but we do not have sufficient data yet
to determine if there is a problem and if so, where that problem is rooted.
The GC log made available to us appears to indicate an issue during
Reference processing (whether a livelock or a deadlock is not yet clear,
although the customer calls it a "hang"). This is a placeholder while
such data is obtained from the customer.
