The format of rthe License file presented by the Windows installer has changed since last revision.
Noticed while testing Windows 2000 Professional.
Also reproduced for Windows Vista Home Premium.
See attached graphic (Rev_installer_license.png) showing the difference between license presented by installer
for 1.5.0_15-rev08 (top left of VNC session) and 1.5.0_15-rev09 (bottom right of VNC session).
The formatting was much easier to read for 1.5.0_15-rev08
