Java Auto and Manual update are not working because of stagaing issue.

How to reproduce

1.) Install jre 6u10 from http://jre.sfbay/java/re/jdk/6u10/promoted/beta/b21/bundles/windows-i586

2.) Modify the registry entry for Java Update

3.) Do a manual update

4.) Clcik on the install on notification dialog

Error dialog will come. (See the attachment). It seems URLInfo key (Checksum value) is not correct. We have seen this issue very time with the promoted bundles
