AU-OFF 1.4.2_17-rev-b11 is unable to turn off the Auto update option of the newer (5.0u15 or 6u3) existing jre. The jusched.exe is still running and Java update notification is still popped up. Those Java Update related policy belong to the newer 5.0u15 or 6u3 version. However, from users' point of view, they come to expect AU-OFF after installing 1.4.2_17-rev-b11, but it isn't as they still see the Java update notification and running jusched.exe. It leads users to believe that AU-OFF doesn't work in 1.4.2_17-rev-b11.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Install jre 5.0u15 fcs SE (or 6u3-fcs SE)
2) Install j2refb 1.4.2_17-rev-b11
3) Rebooting the machine
4) jusched.exe is still running and Java update notification icon appears in the Windows system tray.

Users can proceed with the Auto update as usual.
