I tried to installed 32 bit JRE on amd 64 bit machine with 64 bit WIN XP OS on that. While installation, i am getting error "Could not find Java SE Runtime Envirnoment". Please check the attached image as well.
It also reproducible with 5u10, 5u13 and 5u14.
How to reproduce

1.) Just install 32 bit jre on 64 bit OS on amd64

This is also reproducible with silent install. I guess the reason for this error could be JavaWS is not getting launched properly.
