AU-OFF 6u6-rev-j4b-b03 doesn't comply with its intended specification in dirty 6ux installation env.
Users don't see the effect of disabled Auto Update feature in 6u6-rev-j4b-b03 if they have earlier version of 6ux and then install 6u6-rev-j4b-b03. Even the Java control panel 's "Update" GUI shows that the auto update is disabled, but the jusched.exe is still running and Java update notification is still popped up after reboot the system.

            64-bit Vista Enterprise
            32-bit XP-pro(sp2)

Tested build: jrefb-6u6-rev-b03/ jdkfb-6u6-rev-b03
               jre 6u4-fcs (SE-b12)

Steps to reproduce:
------------------
1) Install jre 6u4-fcs (b12)
2) Install jrefb-6u6-rev-b03
3) Open the Java control panel and check "Update" tab to make sure Auto Update is disabled
4) Rebooting the machine
5) jusched.exe is running and as a result, Java update notification icon appears in the Windows system tray.

Users can proceed with the Auto update as usual. If the system only has 6u6-rev-b03, then the problem doesn't occur. In other words, 6ux dirty installation env is the pre-condition for the problem to occur.
